Dogs

Dogs have long been an important part of mankinds existence.

Dogs are used as working dogs, hunting dogs, seeing-eye-dogs, helpers for the physically handicapped, companions, show dogs, circus dogs, movie and tv dogs, commercial dogs, and the "family pet". Whatever category a dog may fall into, dogs are here to stay.

Dogs are so important to man that they have become known as "man's best friend."

The five main components of dog ownership are:
1. A dog house or shelter for the dog.
2. A good dog bed, one that the dog can call his own, or you might be surprised where your dogs decides to sleep.
3. Supplies for your dog, including grooming supplies, toys, gifts, carriers, and all those things your dog needs or wants.
4. Dog Training: A trained dog is imperative for your dog's well being, the community's safety, and your piece of mind.
5. Your dogs health is in your hands: make sure you take your dog to the vet for puppy shots and a minimum of once a year when the dog is fully grown. Included is the food you give your dog, and the things to avoid for your dog's safety.

Once upon a time, in a land far away, there was a hill with a castle on top. This was known far and wide as

The Dog Castle

The Dog Castle was occupied by a family of dogs.

Ruling over this castle and it's realm was Her Royal Highness, the Beloved Queen of Dogs, and His Royal Highness, the Beloved King of Dogs

It was locally known as the dog house

There was a moat around this castle, mainly to keep
out large cats and other predators.

Inside the great door of the castle was a Great Hall,
with many portraits of the dogs' ancestors.

There were many rooms opening off of the Great Hall.

There were many bedrooms, with comfy dog beds, heating and cooling pads, and even a memory foam
pad.

There were kitchens, with all sorts of dishes and food.

There were nurseries, with dog houses and crates for training.

There were the stores, with all manner of collars, leashes, and toy after toy for the young ones.

To cope with illnesses, the dogs had a physician
named Rex the All.
